The Olivetti PR2 Plus is a classic passbook printer. Banks and government offices love it because it is tough. It lasts for a very long time. However, setting it up on a new computer can be hard. Windows 11 does not always find the driver by itself.
To help you get the printer working perfectly, could you let me know:

A: The built-in "Generic / Text Only" driver might work for basic text output, but it lacks many advanced features.
You can now print from any application. For specialized MICR or passbook validation, you may need specific software (like banking apps) that send raw ESC/POS commands. Can’t copy the link right now
Use the mode command in Command Prompt as Admin to test:
If using a direct USB connection, select (or the highest numbered virtual printer port available, e.g., USB002). If using an older serial interface, select COM1 or COM2 . Click Next . Inject the Driver Files
