The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (GT-P5110), released in 2012, is a classic piece of hardware. Driven by a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor and 1GB of RAM, this tablet officially topped out at Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. In the modern tech landscape, Android 4.2.2 is obsolete, rendering the tablet incompatible with almost all apps on the Google Play Store. (Based on the context of hardware limitations)
A boot loop is usually caused by not wiping the old system data. Power off the tablet, boot back into TWRP recovery (Power + Volume Up), and perform a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik). Then, re-flash the ROM and GApps. It should boot normally after that.
: If the Play Store feels too heavy, consider using the Aurora Store or F-Droid for apps.
Boot into Download Mode by pressing and holding the and Volume Up buttons simultaneously until a warning screen appears. Press Volume Down (or the indicated key) to confirm and enter Download Mode.
